Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop new customer relationships through regular visits and consistent follow up.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
- Develop new relationships in order to gain market shares.
- Regularly analyse and evaluate market development.
- Create a weekly report on the market development and any sales that has been completed.
- Deliver customer-focused service offerings, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions.
- Formulate personal sales plans that incorporates initiatives growth within the existing client base.
Requirements:
- Must possess good people skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to work in Surabaya CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with all required internal and external stakeholders to ensure R&D deliverables for the implementation of new products.
- Ensure R&D plans are on time and on budget.
- Report out to internal stakeholders on progress and make implementation planning visible.
- Participate in review of New Product Development Team inputs, operation, outputs.
- Work cross functionally with management and perform analysis to understand market demand and market development.
- Planning and implementation of process and system improvements.
- Innovate - bring new ideas and technologies to the fore to broaden commercial opportunities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Appllicants must be willing to work in Pandaan.
- Experience in handling ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Experience in HPLC, GC/GC-MS.
- Results driven, team player, able to deal with multiple projects / tasks.
- Analytically minded.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter, problem solver.
